01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ck447 ("ck447", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the ck447 website, mobile-optimised platform, and all related services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, and casual game formats accessible through the ck447 domain.

By creating an account on ck447, by making a deposit, or by placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any ck447 service.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and maintain an account on ck447. This age requirement is strictly enforced. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. ck447 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts belonging to players found to be under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended pending investigation and permanently closed.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active ck447 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts. Any balances or pending withdrawals in duplicate accounts may be forfe ited at ck447's sole discretion.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register an account on ck447, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must update them promptly if they change. ck447 reserves the right to verify any information provided during registration at any time.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility

The ck447 platform is operated for players in Bangladesh. By registering an account, you confirm that you are physically located in Bangladesh and that you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. ck447 reserves the right to restrict or block access from jurisdictions it determines to be restricted territories.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ck447 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ck447 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ck447 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

03 Account Verification (KYC)

ck447 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme as part of its commitment to player security, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance. KYC verification may be requested at any stage of a player's account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, following a change in account details, or at any time ck447 deems necessary.

3.1 Verification Documents

When requested, players must submit one or more of the following documents to complete KYC verification:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)

3.2 Verification Timeframes

3.3 Consequences of Failed Verification

If a player fails to provide the required verification documents within a reasonable time period, or if the documents provided are found to be fraudulent, altered, or inconsistent with the account registration details, ck447 reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold pending withdrawals, and in cases of confirmed fraud, close the account permanently and refer the matter to the relevant authorities.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ck447 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers to and from major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. ck447 will communicate any changes to available payment methods via the platform or by email.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit on ck447 is ৳200. There is no platform fee applied to deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket — the full deposited amount is credited to your ck447 balance. Standard fees imposed by your mobile financial service (MFS) provider may apply according to the provider's own schedule, which is outside ck447's control. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for MFS methods and within 1–4 business hours for bank transfers.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount from ck447 is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. ck447 reserves the right to require withdrawal to a verified payment method only. MFS withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are processed within 3–30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–4 business hours on working days. ck447 does not guarantee processing times during periods of high transaction volume, maintenance, or other exceptional circumstances.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may be subject to the following conditions and restrictions:

• Completion of KYC verification prior to the first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified threshold
• Satisfaction of applicable bonus wagering requirements before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn
• Confirmation that the deposit used to fund the withdrawal has been sufficiently processed and is not subject to chargeback risk
• Compliance with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) checks

4.5 Currency

All transactions on ck447 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). ck447 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawal amounts are expressed in BDT.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ck447 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any bonus before opting in. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of its specific terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and subject to the same wagering requirements. Real money funds deposited into an account are not subject to wagering requirements and remain withdrawable at any time subject to standard withdrawal conditions.

ck447 actively monitors accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (including matched betting or arbitrage), exploiting errors or technical glitches in bonus calculations, and colluding with other players to exploit bonus offers. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.

5.5 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and free spins have an expiry period stated in the individual bonus terms. Bonus funds and free spins not used within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically. ck447 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on ck447 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. ck447 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement period, or affected by circumstances outside normal sporting outcomes (including but not limited to match abandonment, player disqualification, or proven event manipulation). Void bets are settled at odds of 1.0 and the stake returned to the player's balance.

6.2 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension and closure at any time during the event, at ck447's sole discretion. Bets accepted during periods of clearly erroneous odds due to technical errors may be voided by ck447. Players are responsible for ensuring they are aware of the current status of a live event before placing in-play bets. Connectivity issues on the player's device or network do not entitle the player to cancel a bet once it has been accepted by the platform.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on ck447 are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game operates using a certified random number generator (RNG). The published return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game represents the theoretical long-term return and does not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual player session. ck447 is not liable for outcomes generated by third-party game engines.

6.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, ck447 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's balance. Wins generated during a verified malfunction are not payable. ck447 will investigate any reported technical issue and notify the affected player of the outcome of that investigation within a reasonable timeframe.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ck447 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:

• Registering more than one account on the ck447 platform
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in any non-human manner
• Engaging in match fixing, event manipulation, or insider betting using non-public information
• Exploiting software errors, display errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using ck447 to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine gaming activity
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the ck447 platform or its underlying software
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting activity
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ck447 staff or other players through any communication channel
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your ck447 account

08 Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by ck447

ck447 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players, or if required to do so by any applicable law or regulatory instruction.

8.2 Closure by the Player

Players may request closure of their ck447 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests that meet standard conditions will be processed. Bonus funds not subject to completed wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure at the player's request.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account — whether initiated by ck447 or by the player — all access to the platform and its services will cease. Any real money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and AML review. Bonus funds will be forfeited. ck447's obligations under these Terms survive termination to the extent necessary to resolve any outstanding matters.

09 Responsible Gaming

Personal data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification service providers, and regulatory authorities where required by applicable law or where necessary for the operation of the platform and fulfilment of these Terms.

All data transmitted between your device and the ck447 platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Player account data is stored on secure servers with access controls and audit logging. ck447 retains player data for the period required to fulfil its legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the ck447 platform, including but not limited to the ck447 brand name and logo, website design, page layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and any other materials displayed or made available through the platform, is the property of ck447 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ck447 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, transmit, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivative works from, or sell any content or materials obtained from the ck447 platform without the prior written consent of ck447.

• Any financial losses resulting from changes in the legal or regulatory status of online gaming in Bangladesh

ck447's total liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits ck447's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ck447 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ck447 will notify registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the ck447 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.2.

14 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. English is the governing language of this Agreement. In the event of any discrepancy, ambiguity, or inconsistency between the English version of these Terms and any translated version that may be provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

All formal communications between ck447 and players — including account notices, verification requests, dispute notifications, and support responses — will be conducted in English.
